Course description

The program is made for women who struggle with overeating, yo-yo dieting, bulimia or obesity. It´s an online course and you start as soon as you have signed up for it. No need to wait for ‘next semester’. This means that you can start whenever you want, work with the course material where and whenever it suits you, as long as you have access to  Internet, a phone and a computer / tablet

You will get:
